Dreams - St Helens

Assistant friendly put as ease. Good knowledge of products and advice . Did not feel pressured into buying.

We initially visited Dreams at St Helen's to browse the products available when we were met by the very friendly and helpful manager, Richard. He asked us if we wanted to try the bed simulator (Dreams ride!) to find the most suitable mattress for our needs. He offered us a cup of coffee which was most appreciated. Richard then took the time to discuss the results with us and identified the most suitable mattresses for our needs. We revisited the store a few days later, ready to make our purchase and was greeted by the equally friendly Julie who assisted us with placing our order. As we are currently waiting for a completion date on our new home, both Richard and Julie discussed the delivery options with us which were flexible and provided us with excellent customer service. We will be looking to purchase a further mattress in future months for our spare bedroom and will certainly be returning to Dreams in St Helen's due to the care and attention given by Richard and Julie.

Upon entry to the store we was greeted with the offer of a coffee and happy workers ... no pressure of people following you round.

Initially went to view beds for my grandson. Friendly staff were on hand and offered advice but allowed us to browse. We returned with our grandson and his partner and they welcomed us and no pressure. They advised us when needed and we were very satisfied with the whole experience.

the lady who took care of us Toni helped us choose the right bed and mattress, and used the sleepmatch machine also gave us a nice cup of coffee while we looked at the different options.

I was assisted by Toni who was very helpful, offering coffee/tea and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Based on what we'd discussed Toni offered several options. Other staff within the store were also very friendly and helpful. Although I was offered other items to buy I didn't feel pressurised into buying them - I would have left the store if there was any hard sell. Obviously I'm never going to be 'Highly Satisfied' with the cost of the bed but that's how it is.

My child is austisic and i needed to purchase a strong suitable bed for his needs. Toni in st helens store talked through all the options available and explained the pros and cons of each bed for our sons needs. Nothing was too much trouble she answered any questions we had. We have not received our bed yet but were very happy with the service we received in store.

Staff assisted straight away and were very friendly
