Toni in the st Helens store was very helpful didn't overcrowd us gave us advice then space to browse very knowledgeable . We were very happy with the customer service.

I’ve never actually visited a Dreams outlet but was very impressed with the level of attention to detail and overall professionalism of each member of staff we were involved with. We even got a coffee on arrival. The purchase process was quick and easy and everything was explained to the exact detail. Overall a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store, and Kevin the sales specialist.

I was allowed to look around and try our beds without being harassed by staff, it then when I wanted help the staff were available, helpful, and friendly. Selecting and ordering a bed was very simply and fast.
