Dreams - St Helens

A great welcome from Richard and Kevin. Took time to explain the difference between the beds we were interested in. Went on the bed simulator to find our perfect bed, then Kevin explained the differences, both Kevin and Richard had a tremendous knowledge of the different bed companies. Even let us try different pillows. In the end we bought not only the bed but also 2 pillows, plus the extended warranty. They both had excellent customer skills and were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to both for great service and thanks also for the coffee. Dreams should be proud to have two great customer orientated gentlemen working for them.

Kevin who served us in the St.Helens store was an absloute credit to your company. He helped us choose out the perfect bed, mattress and pillows, whilst giving us great knowledge around what would be best suited to us without being to pushy like we found at other places. We would defiently recommend dreams in the future and we will be back asking for Kevin, if we need anything else.
