Dreams - St Helens

the gentleman who served us was called Ashley. he offered a test on the bed to see what bed was suitable for us this has never been done in any other store he was helpful pointing out what would suit us and explained the making of the beds which was very helpful and most of all I never felt pressured to make a purchase.

The sales assistant Andy at the St Helens store gave us a really excellent service. We didn’t really go into store with any idea what we wanted and he gave us a really personalised experience and we were able to purchase an excellent product.

Having previous experience of Dreams it was the store I went as I’m now disabled and have specific needs and I felt that I would get what I wanted there. The staff could not have been more understanding and helpful - even though it was nearly closing time. The bed I wanted was demonstrated and options discussed at length as I was needing to spend more than I normally would have done. The coffee was an excellent refresher for me thanks. I normally take tea! We are using the pillows while we wait for our new bed delivery, they are really good too. Happily recommend Dreams.

We were not sure what type of mattress we should go for but Julia was really helpful with this. She had bags of product knowledge and showed us all the different types of alternative. To be honest she's partly the reason we purchased. Some sales assistants can be pushy and annoying but Julia was great, really engaging and allowed us to take everything in.

We were greeted immediately on entering the store and asked if we wanted a drink multiple times throughout our visit! Julie kept our little boy occupied whilst we tried the sleep match to find out perfect mattress
