Andrew who dealt with us is a credit to your store. Exceptional knowledge of all products and guided us through the whole process, felt like he was a friend by the end of the visit.

We were assisted by Kevin at the St.Helens store. He was absolutely brilliant. He let us both try the bed that tells you which is the correct mattress for you to use. He advised but never pushed on all kinds of products and we bought a bed, mattress and mattress protector. The bed is only available in 4/5 weeks but that is not his fault as he explained why. Great service Kevin!

The customer service from Kevin was excellent he came across very friendly, genuine and polite. He introduced himself, offered us a coffee and invited us to try out the new computerised bed that recommended several beds which he took time to show us all and was knowledgeable on each. We went to shop round after our visit but returned a couple of hours later to purchase the mattress in dreams as the service made the sale over all other retailers đź‘Ť as pricing was similar!!!
