Mainly because we were not pressured in any way by the salesman. He greeted us very politely, explained the process of the computerised bed, and explained our options. He then left us alone too try the various beds that were recommended at our leisure, but was available to answer any queries if required. He was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Myself and my partner paid 2 visits in the same weekend to chose a bed and mattress with Dreams. Andrew at the St Helens store supported us during both visits, he was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and patient with us. Andrew assisted us to use the interactive mattress to find out which kind was best for us both, looked into the availability of the four frames we were undecided on and offered us drinks. 11/10!
