Quick efficient and knowledgeable service. We used your 3d bed scanner and your employee went thru the results and explained each item on it. When paying we were offered coffee and we took out the insurance and bought suitable pillows. Overall a very pleasant experience

Went in the shop just to look at beds and then Kevin was a fantastic, friendly and very helpful salesman. Offering us a drink straight away whilst we use the bed machine to find out what mattress we are most suited to. Off the back of this and with Kevin professional knowledge we decided to buy a mattress, bed frame and pillows. The team but especially Kevin made buying the Dreams products a great experience and he is an asset to your company. Thank you very much Kevin.

I found the staff very welcoming and I feel like they went that extra mile to deliver the best service. They explained everything in as much detail as possible and put me on Sleepmatch so I could get the mattress that suits my needs.

Excellent service at Dreams St Helens. Andrew who seved me and his manager very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The other good thing was I have bought my daughters bed there last year so was able to review what matress I bought as I was pleased wih this and wanted the same again they were able to look up my previous order.

Richard and Toni were extremely helpful in resolving an issue when we wanted to make a complicated purchase. We wanted to order a clearance item, utilising finance but with a different address (a tv bed and mattress as a present to my son and his wife). The problem was resolved extremely well by the staff in store and we were treated very well.

was impressed as soon as i walked in to the store, was greeted by a man named Kevin with a hand shake, very rear you get that. talked for a few mins,then the wife and me was offered a drink of tea, coffee or hot chocolate, wow, just not done any were ells, we felt like VIP's. liked it. he explained everything to us,then showed us the new machine that tells you the best mattress for you, wow, after the test, he showed us a few mattresses that the computer selected, we tried out some, just GREAT. decided there and then not to look any were ells. we was not pushed or bullied like other shops staff seem to do for a sale. a gent all the way. most impressed.
