The staff where very helpful their service is highly recommended to my friends and my family who also purchased a double mattress and a single bed and mattress Also we have a problem with buying pillows that have not been suitable for us sleeping as we looked around after deciding which mattress we where having we saw some pillows the assistant gave us one to try and went into detail how it would help with our sleeping so we ended up buying 2 costing £69 each but well worth the money and we did have a good sleep

Upon entering the store we were met by Kevin who was extremely friendly without being pushy. Offered tea and coffee, and after establishing our requirements, mum was offered use of the machine that analyses individual for most suutable mattress.

Julie was extremely helpful and friendly. Julie helped us choose our new bed frame and mattress. Julie said hello to us as soon as we walked in. We felt so welcome and we took the sleepmatch test with Julie’s help. We were shown different mattresses to try and found the perfect one for us. We were given drinks and allowed plenty of time to look round and make our decision.

The store was clean and very well set up, and I was acknowledged and offered help right away and a drink. The young man, Andy, who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. Exactly, what I expect when I walk into a shop!

From start to finish the customer service was excellent, Julie greeted us asked if we need help what we were looking for and gave us all the options. At no point did we feel she was “trying” to make a sale which is a great quality in a sales person and we definitely bought additional products because of that
