Kevin, the assistant who attended to us was very friendly, helpful and patient. He took time to explain the qualities of the different mattresses. We were very impressed with the assessment equipment.

Amazingly competent, friendly, patient and helpful staff - it was Kevin who dealt with us, and nothing was too much trouble for him.
