We were assisted by Ashley in the St Helen's who listened to our needs, offered us a drink, was patient and very knowledgeable

Gentleman who served us was really helpful and knowledgable, didnt pressure us but his advice was great

Friendly staff not pestered explained every option to us not persuaded to buy the dearer item

We were greeted really well and shown the exact product we were looking for, we were given a chance to look around in case we wanted to choose a different one which was very considerate. We were offered a drink even though we weren’t going to be there that long, that was so kind, because it was a cold day.

my husband and I were tested on the new machine to ascertain what type of bed would suit us both and we were then shown a range of beds which would suit both of us.

Andrew & Richard from st helens was friendly and helpful and also went out their way to find me a bed with sleep sleepmatch.and would highly recommend to family and friends. Andrew and Richard's hospitality was amazing asking if we wanted any drinks and help carry are purchase to our car which made us feel welcome to the store.

We went into the St. Helens branch, just looking we wanted smaller single beds for a static caravan we had just bought, Ashley came to our assistance and was brilliant with us, we even got offered tea and coffee, he gave us all the details and told us how the beds were made, showed us different styles and qualities of mattresses, we felt more than welcome we didn’t feel a hard sell which is a plus, and all this lead to us buying 2 single beds with mattresses and also 2 double mattresses, doing the paperwork was effortless and was explained in detail and the delivery details where perfect....I will be recommending this branch and I will be going back...thanks Ashley from the Brimelow’s.
