Richard was very helpfull. He showed us to the dreams bed machine that matched us with our perfect mattress. He was very informative and extremely pleasant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Explained about the sleep match bed and ensured we were comfortable using it. I was undecided between two mattresses and they gave all the information needed about both and which was the best recommendation according to the match. I didn’t feel rushed into making a decision. They were very encouraging for me to try both to get which was best for me. Have already recommended to people to go and get matched to their ideal mattress. An overall excellent experience.
