I arrived at the store to purchase a new mattress and hoping that it might be delivered before Christmas. Not only did I find my ideal mattress within my budget, but the sales assistant Kevin that assisted me was excellent from my initial question about my selected mattress right through to the completed sale. Once I had selected my mattress, I was offered and accepted a drink to enjoy while the finance paperwork, delivery date etc was sorted out. I was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes. Very efficient service. I will be back for my next mattress. My new mattress was then delivered 3 days later.

The sales assistant, Ashley is very friendly and patient in answering all our queries. He also gave good recommendations on what kind of bed will be more suitable for us based on the results from SleepMotion Technology. A very pleasant experience that we had in Dreams because of his service.

Andrew who looked after us was fab, he took us through the sleep assessment then showed us around all the beds offered us cups of tea and told us to take our time, he wasnt pushy with the sale either just aloud us to make our own decision. I liked the fact he has bought his own bed from yourself and could offer a personal review thank you

We received a friendly greeting and asked if needed any assistance. Upon asking us about our sleeping habits we were advised to take the bed test to see which would be most suited to ourselves. We liked how we were left alone at the right times to make decisions and have discussions prior to making the purchase.
