Greeted as soon as I entered the store and the service and knowledge provided by Ashley was excellent. Very polite staff.

Quick and friendly

I was highly satisfied with my experience as the gentlemen in the store were extremely helpful, friendly and approachable.

Ashley was really helpful, he didn’t jump on us as soon as we came in, he allowed us to walk around a bit first. Really understood what we were looking for and was very nice about making sure I was comfortable with my health condition (ie he checked if I was ok with stairs or needed the lift). Didn’t try and up sell us over our budget and was really patient whilst we made our choice. We had planned to look around other stores first but the overall experience was so good we were happy to go ahead straight away.

Andrew was really helpful. He went out of his way to show my husband another product in full despite knowing that we were not going to purchase another item at this point. Both staff in the store we're chatty and polite and they gave us time to look around and make our minds up.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I needed 2 mattresses to take away from the store the same day and the service I received was excellent.
