Dreams - St Helens

When entering the shop we were greeted by Ashley who providing us with excellent customer service throughout our whole experience. He even offered us a hot drink which was excellent. He had great knowledge of all the products in store and was able to explain and demonstrate each of them to help us make a decision on the bed we decided to buy. He was a very nice gentlemen and made our whole buying experience excellent.

Mr Ashley who was working there when I approached This customer adjustment impressed me so much that when I was late he explained to me everything and he invited me to buy it after I decided to be alone. very good customer service that’s why I recommended dreams every one my boss planned will come St. Helens dreams store specially Mr.Ashley good officer

We have purchased all our beds from Dreams . This time as always the store staff were attentive but not pushy . They were able to determine our need and looked at range of options within our price range . Whilst viewing the products we were given refreshments. The purchases were very easy and Ashley was able to find a delivery slot to suit our requirements
