Friendly staff, lots of choice.

At our local store in St Helens. Staff member very helpful, knew a lot about the mattresses. We did the mattress finder which was really good. The staff member then explained the results to us. Good Covid protocols. Nice experience resulting in the purchase of a mattress, can't wait for it to be delivered - only a week waiting.

No hassle on entering then a timely interruption from the Sales assistant when we had finished browsing. The guy (Andrew - St.Helens) was very well informed on all the subjects we asked him and gave us the right amount of time to discover which item was best suited to us. Teh visit took approx 1 hr and all was wrapped up in a good payment plan. Really was excellent Service from the individual in a good timely manner and good options to view and test within the shop.

Store was clean and fresh and seating readily available. Ashley served us and had all the knowledge and experience to help find the right bed. He was courteous and helpfull throughout. Delivery time was within a week and Ashley's knowledge and help could not have been better. Thank you to Ashley and to Dreams.
