Knowlegable freindly staff was offered a drink while in store felt custom was apprechiated not rushed able to try a varity of firm matresses to fine the one my husband prefered

Was approached in the store to ask if I needed any help, Ash the advisor was helpful in showing me the beds I came in to look at and showing me the colours available
