We received great advice and we did not feel pressured to choose, we had plenty of time to try different mattresses and look at different styles of beds.

As soon as we walked in the store, Kevin greeted us and made us instantly welcome, he asked if he could help ,so we told him what we wanted, he made the process so easy, explained everything to us, even made a brew. Showed us the beds that was best for us after being on the bed that tells you what's best for you back,hips,ect.. There was no pressure rushing us round the store, that was a bonus, we just took our time, we had a laugh with Kevin aswell, he's a credit to the company, I wish their was more like him, we said we'd see him on the weekend but he was off ,but when we ordered the bed, we made sure that Kevin's name was mentioned from the first time we met him, told the manager of the St. Helens store that this shop is so much better than BENSON'S FOR BEDS...They are aload of rubbish. Thank you for everything, stress free shopping with my 17yr old son with his new bed..Happy days all round.
