Julie was really helpful and approachable, Advised of my needs and budget and taste and she happily shown me around the store. I also had my 2 children with me and they made us all feel welcome.

Great service. Only went in to check on prices and quality. We were that impressed with service and quality decided to go ahead and purchase.

I usually shop at another well known bed co, however, due to putting wrong postcode in we arrived at dreams. Very satisfied overall with all aspects of our visit.

I like every items good quality. The assistant was a very nice person and helpful. He could assistant and we could find the best items for me.

We were happy with the overall service, all staff were polite and helpful and we only have to wait a week for our new bed.We were unsure how to finance our purchase but Andrew explained 0 percent finance was available, which helped us to reach our decision.We are looking forward to getting our new bed, Thank You dreams!

My daughter has experienced a trauma which has left her with titanium rods and plates in her back and is currently wheelchair bound. Your sales assistant Richard was respectful of this and did everything he could to put her at ease and offered whatever assistance she needed. As soon as we came in Kevin was there to help but not too pushy. We used the bed machine to figure out which bed was best and bought our mattress and pillows from this.

Andrew the assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful.
