Andrew was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to.

Kevin was our advisor. Highly experienced had a laugh trying to see what products best suited ourselves. Didn't feel pressured and took there times giving us many options.

Staff were extremely helpful but not over bearing and the sleep machine helped us choose the right mattress for us too

Andrew was a great customer service representative - we had been to several other bed outlets and the representative pounced on us as soon as we entered the store. Andrew explained the basics to us colour coded mattresses etc and where all stock was located and then left us to browse, he then interjected at the right times when we were choosing a headboard and reviewing the type of mattress we needed etc. We had a coffee whilst placing our order and he explained everything to us without being too pushy or patronising! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I originally came in to browse and perhaps buy on another day but with the analysis of how I sleep to pick out the right matress and the helpfulness of the staff I couldn't find a reason not to make my purchase this day since I now knew exactly what I wanted.

As soon as I walked in I was greated with a very friendly face asking if I'm okay and need any help. The fella asked if I wanted a drink and if I needed anything I could ask. Every staff member was lovely and friendly and always made sure i was happy with the products and the sales of them.
