We had a bed fitting to help us choose the right bed. Andrew at the St Helens store was very knowledgeable and helpful. An overall very good shopping experience

Received fantastic service at Dreams, St. Helens. We were helped by Andrew who listened to the reasons why we needed a new mattress and gave us excellent advice. He encouraged to look at a number of different mattresses in a variety of price ranges and gave us time to find the right mattress for us. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything however, we found the right mattress at the right price and left feeling like we got a really good deal. We would definitely recommend Dreams if you’re looking for a new mattress.

On initial arrival we was friendly greeted by Kevin who was very welcoming and friendly and asked if we would like a hot drink, he acknowledged our 8 year old daughter and asked if she would like a drink and got her some colours and paper to keep her occupied. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from Kevin but very helpful and knowledgeable with any question we asked. Overall we are extremely happy with our experience and with our purchases too. There was two other sales staff who where very friendly and they each took there time to make us all feel welcomed too.
