Dreams - St Helens

I was given lots of time and assistance. I was explained all the facts I needed to know about a good range if different priced mattresses. The store is well organised and I had an enjoyable shopping experience.

I am abit upset i did not catch the name of the gentleman who saw to us. Customer service was A1, he took his time to take us round and listened attentively to what we wanted. I am very indecisive and he understood. Ashley the manager was also great!! Thank you

Upon arrival to the store we was greeted and immediately asked if we needed assistance, as we said we was looking for a mattress a staff member took us over to the sleep match to find the best mattress for us, he was very kind supplied us with ppe for the mattress to try out and offered us food and drinks. we was also offered amazing deals.

From the first minute we entered the store, one of the staff members, Andrew, greeted us with great kindness and assisted us throughout our visit to the store. Andrew was very kind in offering us coffee, we felt very comfortable and confident in the advice he gave us. He even offered us to test the sleeping match to make sure we found the right mattress for us. Our visit lasted about 1 hour and 30 minutes but we were happy with what we chose and Andrew was very helpful. and we thank him for that. I highly recommend Dreams.

we were not pressured in any way the service from the person in store was spot on with any questions or concerns dealt with . He knows his beds and products in store and was happy to share ,this made the bed buying experience a whole lot easier .
