The person we spoke to was knowledgeable about the product, he was not pressuring and he asked us if we would like additional products but we made him aware that we only require the bed frame and nothing else. Very satisfied and got exactly what we wanted, plus was happy with the free delivery, which made me want to purchase the product from you and not your competitors.

Received fantastic service at Dreams, St. Helens. We were helped by Andrew who listened to the reasons why we needed a new mattress and gave us excellent advice. He encouraged to look at a number of different mattresses in a variety of price ranges and gave us time to find the right mattress for us. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything however, we found the right mattress at the right price and left feeling like we got a really good deal. We would definitely recommend Dreams if you’re looking for a new mattress.
