We were treated very well with the sales man and we looked at all the beds and decided ona half priced so we were pleased with our choice

I found Kevin the sales assistant was extremely friendly as well as helpful. I was offered tea/coffee on arrival. Kevin introduced himself and asked me specifics on what I required. As I was looking for a bed frame and mattress he asked me if I would like to try the sleep analyser of which I did. When the results were presented to me we went through the various options that were suited for me. I tried and tested the mattresses that were within my budget and settled for a conroy SK. It’s worth noting that I selected the bed frame from your website a Richmond. The paperwork process was very easy to complete and Kevin gave a full explanation of each step. Lastly I would like to mention that the staff filled the lastest safety measures regarding the coved 19 situation so well done dreams for your staff training.

Soon as I walk threw the doors I was greeted by a staff member. He knew exactly what I needed and was very happy with the product. Top guy 👍🏻

Richard was very knowledgeable about the products I was looking at purchasing and made us feel welcome from walking into the store offering a drink and the delivery slot was quicker than expected.
