I was served by Andy initially, and then Kevin as I had to come back to the shop. Andy was very helpful and offered me a drink twice. He listened and questioned my needs to understand what I was looking for and was very patient as it was the first time I was buying a bed and mattress. Andy had explained to Kevin what we had done so he was expecting me when I got back to the shop and finished by placing the order. Excellent service! Very well done!

Kevin was extremely helpful. There were no pushy sales tactics, just helpful advice. We felt comfortable with all of the social distancing measures in place and staff were also courteous in that regard.

met at the door by Ashley who explained the way round the store. As we didnt know what we wanted he put us on the sleepmatch machine and gave us protective covers and then explained what sort of mattress we needed. We were then given pillows and told to try the beds but he took us the bed which had the mattress the sleepmatch recommended. Social distancing was set out throughout the store with hand sanitiser
