The sales person was very pleasant explaining everything

Only having a vague idea of which type of bed we wanted, we were LISTENED to, which in most retail stores is a rare commodity. The sales assistant was really helpful and showed us several beds which had features that we had mentioned and we found the bed that had all the features that we wanted, assisted by the assistant. Also we were able to try the mattresses and not at any time did we feel pressurised into buying a bed and mattress. Payment options were offered in a friendly informative way. It was a stress free experience that l would recommend to anyone.

Very simple to order the bed. The staff and in particular the guy who helped us throughout, understood when to approach us to help. He gave us assistance in making our decisions but was never pushy. It was a nice experience to order the bed.

The knowledge of Kevin also he was very friendly

Help us understand what we needed in a mattress and gave us time to feel the difference so we could make an informed decision. The sales assistant was lovely. Free coffee also a bonus

Kevin who assisted us with our purchase was very informative. We tried the dreams machine ( sorry forgot what it was called) this selected the mattress’s for us to try. Once selected Kevin left us to try them out, we were offered refreshments, Kevin selected us pillows to try with disposable covers due to covid. We didn’t feel rushed or under pressure to purchase the bed.

The support provided by Kevin was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and allowed us to test all mattresses suited to us

From walking in we were made to feel welcome, was offered a drink nothing was too much trouble

Andrew was a great sales person. Patient, attentive and had a lot of knowledge. He wasn’t pushy either
