The assistant Ashley was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. He was really friendly, helpful and nothing was too much for him. The store was very clean and due to COVID, there was sanitising stations and social distancing was abused by by all staff and customers. All products were of high quality and reasonably priced.

Everything was explained, we were allowed to take our time looking and chosing the products, offered drinks, the staff are welcoming and very helpful.

It was because ashley who served us was really helpful an explained things proper from the bed which we chose to how long it would take to deliver the bed offered drink an made u feel at ease even with social distance in place
