The staff were extremely friendly welcome me as soon as I walked in listening to what my needs were and offer me assistance with my disability to you try different mattresses out as well as using the computerized bed to work out what mattresses are best for me the knowledge of the advisor was excellent he was able to locate different things within the store quickly and easily and where everything was the advisor spends additional time with me we're through a number of different purchase options helping me workout what was the best I also was given to drink twice I was there

We visited this store just out of interest not knowing what we were looking for. We just wanted a new bed we were approached by Ashley when we entered. He welcomed is and asked if we needed any help, we said we were only looking. He suggested we try the the bed that measures your sleep needs so we did. Half an hour later we came out two very happy customers. We were offered tea or coffee not pressured at all to purchase anything we did not want. Very satisfied would recommend this store to friends and family.

Kevin was attentive, listened to my needs and gave me advice about the type of mattresses available for my requirements. Helpful and friendly, but not overly so. Efficient and helpful at the desk re recycling, pillows and suitable bedding.

Was greeted by a very nice man called Andrew at the St Helens store. Ask if l needed assistance and what it was l was looking for he put me on the bed to find which mattresses wud be suitable for me . He then showed me which mattresses was available for me from the results, he gave me a pillow to try the mattresses. He was very helpful, plesent, polite and friendly and wasn't pushy. He offered me a drink and also told me if l wasn't satisfied with the mattress after it had been delivered to go back and see him . He is a credit to your company .

Felt very comfortable in store. Product explained clearly. Impressed with machine to help you choose correct mattress. Took the hassle out of which one was best for me.

The girl who served us was pleasant and friendly but not pushy. She had excellent knowledge and was really helpful. We went back next day the assistant manager served us as she wasn't in, but he ensured she got the sale, he was also friendly and efficient.
