No pushy sales, but there to tell you anything you may want to ask. Nice greeting, offered a drink, explained all and then was left to try out the machines recommendations. Easy sales explanation and payment

The staff were great there if you needed them but not too pushy either was a nice balance gave us time to look around without them hounding us but was ready to help as soon as I was ready good no stress experience

Went in for a mattress was offered the Dreams bed which recommend products. This cut down the choices to a manageable amount. Customer service was great and assisted us with all product infomation and offers

such a lovely staff member who understood that i needed and described the ordering process; she also explained the special offers available. Two of her colleagues very kindly helped me with the trolley to load my car.
