Lovely member of staff named Kelly helping us at the Southend airport store in Essex. Lots of knowledge and didn't rush us just so helpful

We were on the point of leaving the store because we didnt see anything we liked , the the assistant said come and look at what we have on line , he was very helpful and we got what we were looking for , when we want anything else we will come to your store

Staff were very helpful and informative, I also did not feel pressured into the purchase.

Customer service was great, we were shown all the mattresses that would be suitable for us and all of our questions were answered.
