Dreams - Solihull

We explained what we wanted and I was tested to establish the mattress suitability and was shown a range which included my ideal one. Then the process was quick and clear and well explained and double-checked to make sure the details were correct.

Great service and attention

I was visiting dreams (Solihull) with my girlfriend, looking for a bed for our first home, Chetan approached us as he could tell we were struggling. As we’d never bought a bed before and just guess worked it he knew exactly what to do and used the machine to find what would be best for us. Then from there it was easy. He didn’t force the pricey items onto us and let us try a variety to help get to the best product for us. We were there 30 minutes and left happy and looking forward to the delivery of our new mattress and bed frame.

We were greeted on arrival by a store colleague. I don't have his name to hand, but it was possibly Chet(?) He was very attentive, and listened to our requirements, making recommendations without being pushy. We were offered a drink, and we went on the Dreams tester bed which was novel, although I'm not clear where the information went or what was done with it. The store colleague gave us time and space to assess our purchase and, when we were ready, payment was processed quickly. I was happy with the delivery offer times.

At this point,we were pleased with how knowledgeable our assistant was...not over bearing or pushy...listened to our needs and what we needed.overall a good experience,delivery date 3 weeks away and hoping it also goes smoothly.

Liz served us, she was very knowledgeable and I didnt feel rushed at all, and made my daughter and I a very nice drink

Lauren was very good and helpful with the products available and knew about the differences and explained it well to us. She also helped up pick out some other bedding items and arrange a prompt delivery.
