Lauren was incredibly kind, and helpful. I have a disability and she made a lot of effort to ensure everything was accessible and nothing was too painful for me as well as providing drinks which was great for me to take my medication as we were there for a while. The sleep match was fascinating and the mattresses recommended were fantastic. The sale and our mattresses being reduced was also a great bonus.

The Lady that served us was called Lauren and she was very helpful . Lauren helped us choose the bed and also the mattress using Sleep Machine . There was so much to choose from and we were spoilt for choice but Lauren based everything on what would be best for our needs from bed to mattress to pillows and mattress protector . It was a very peasant visit to Dreams Laurens knowledge was amazing she was very polite and helpful and listened to us and even made us a coffee . Will definitely buy from Dreams again .

Natalie who served me during my visit was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Firstly she sent me to test what mattress best suited me, and then helped me decide between the two. Very helpful and would highly recommend.

The colleague who assisted us was knowledgeable and took lots of time to understand our needs. She listened carefully and made sensible suggestions based on what we had said.
