Cretan, was a delight to speak to. He listened to what I was looking for, asked the relevant qualifying questions in terms of budget and timescales and tried to upsell and add additional products without being pushy (was not required on this visit but will certainly come back when I do) and gave us time to make an informed choice.

Lauren was brilliant. She was friendly, approachable and worked hard to find the best fit for us. She had an excellent knowledge of the products.

From start to finish Liz at the Solihull store was fantastic with her knowledge. Totally impressed.

The sales assistant we spoke to (Natalie) was amazing from the beginning. She got to us know very well and understood what sort of thing we were looking for. Be both suffer with our back and necks so were very keen to pick the right products and she made the process so easy and never put pressure on us to buy anything and just wanted us to make the right decision. She even stayed after the store had closed to finish off the sale. Couldn’t fault her service at all.
