Natalie and Chet were really nice and helpful during our 2 visits within 2 months. This is why we had our second visit and will have the third time.

Natalie was great. She was polite, pleasant and understood out needs. She found us the perfect mattress as we’d already decided on a frame and was overall a delight. I made a special trip back to out the order through directly with her and she even remembered us.

We were buying a bed for my 15 year old daughter, who wasn’t quite sure what she wanted. Your sales assistant was excellent at meeting her needs, whilst finding something which didn’t ‘break the bank of Dad’ so to speak!

Lauren took the time to introduce herself to us. Went through with us what our requirements were. She then put on the sleep match machine again explaining the importance of been matched to a mattress, asking about problems and concerns. As I have lower back pain it was important to chose the right mattress and also pillow which is not something I had thought about before. We tried several mattresses using the recommended pillows. We were offered other products such as mattress protection and product insurance. The price is always more than expected but hopefully will be worth it with a comfortable nights sleep.

Mark was very knowledgeable and listened to what were looking for. He was very attentive and guided us through the pros and cons of the bed and the mattress that we were looking for. Didn’t need to shop around as we felt comfortable to buy from him.

The store was very well laid out, the labelling clear and we received just the right amount of advice: not pushy, but informed. We took the visual assessment (which was fun) and were then guided around the various recommendations. After we had been to check on the products in a nearby store, we returned and placed our order with no difficulty. Well done!
