Lauren's customer sevice and knowledge was excellent. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything in detail and even made my friend and I a nice cup of tea :-) I couldn't fault the service.

Myself and my husband, were acknowledged as soon as we entered the store, we were left to browse by Natalie. After sometime Natalie approached us again and offered us help. Natalie was very well informed on the products available, and our needs. Natalie suggested several mattresses, and left us to test at our leisure. Natalie approached us again and made us aware off the offers. Which helped us make a decision. At no time did we feel harrassed. A drink was offered several times. Overall a very pleasant experience .

Natalie was great. She was polite, pleasant and understood out needs. She found us the perfect mattress as we’d already decided on a frame and was overall a delight. I made a special trip back to out the order through directly with her and she even remembered us.
