Got a warm welcome, offered a warm drink and I got what I wanted within a short space of time .Staff was very friendly and had the patience to show a varietty of products similar to what I was looking for .Thank you

Morris at your Slough branch was exceptional. He was polite, efficient, and thorough. He had outstanding product knowledge and pride in his work. I could easily have shopped around but Morris made everything so simple that wasn’t necessary. Morris really is a huge asset to your business and should be recognised for this .

The store assistance had very good knowledge of the products for sale.He was also helpful to choose the right product.

We were welcomed into the store by Mandeep, we explained what we were looking for and the problems we are experiencing with our present bed. She advised us to take advantage of the sleep station which would record what the best type of mattress suits our body and sleep position. After she got the results we were then shown four mattresses which we tried and at no point were we put under any pressure to choose. We decided on one we liked and then she took us to show us bed frames. Considering she had only been working at the store for one month her knowledge was second to none and she was extremely friendly, this made our visit very worth while.

I was greeted by Morris, in the Dreams Store in slough. He was so knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He took time and patience to understand all of my needs. I have never felt so good having such a dedicated person attend to my needs and shopping experience. He truly is such an amazing man, and I felt very cared for as a customer. He clearly loves what he does and it comes across in his delivery and product knowledge. I wish all my shopping experiences were like this. Will always recommend dreams. We have been greeted right upon arrival and been assisted through the buying process including the use of a machine that let us know of the best type of mattress for our needs.

The lady we spoke to in colleague was very friendly - shewalked towards us and asked us what we wanted and once she understod she helped us with all teh options. Helped us make the choice and offered opinions and options which were knowledgeable and friendly.
