I was helped by the staff member Mandeep, she has helped me narrow down the choices to handful of selections, and patiently waited for me to test and compare those selections. She had explained the differences between the choices in great detail which I do appreciate as l like knowing technical details about the products that I'm buying. The mattress that I liked was slightly outside my budget, however Mandeep has noticed that the same mattress was also available on clearance which lowered the price back into the price range I was comfortable with. She explained to me the drawback of buying a clearance mattress ( no returns unless there is a fault), which I was fine with.

The staff at the slough store were very friendly and helpful. A particular meme we of staff (male) who’s name begins with A was very polite and courteous and helped with my mum placing an order as she is unable to speak English, and so he was conversing in Punjabi which was a very personal touch.
