It was easy, we walked in shown to what we thought we needed and then guided to what we actually needed and shown options on mattresses that are expensive but should help with the spinal issues.

Ali, the customer representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He greeted us when we arrived and listened to what our requirements were. He brought us to the ‘sleep machine’/mattress assessor and then showed us around the options suitable for us. He was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. We left the store to compare prices in another store nearby but returned later that day as the options Ali presented us with, we felt were right for us. We were delighted to receive a free duvet and mattress protector and half price pillows also! We would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams, in Slough. Thank you Ali and team.
