Melissa one of the staff was so friendly, that l had to come the following day to purchase the bed; her customer service was so brilliant. I wanted to purchase a new bed in 2223 but l had to purchase immediately due to the atmosphere, she created for us.

From the moment I walk through the door the assistant that introduced his self was very knowledgeable and did not rush me. He also show many different matrices and bed frames in my price range. He advised in everything I wanted. Could not have been more satisfied.

The staff did not over sell and allowed us to browse in our own time, and when asked provided polite and informative responses.

Salesperson approached on entry and guided to the appropriate section. Was not pestered in any way, but was in the background. Offered a drink, which was greatly appreciated. Helped with comparisons on the computer in order to make my preferred choice. Completion of the sale was conducted in a friendly but professional way. I left smiling, looking forward to my bed delivery. Well done Ash, you were great
