The agent told me he would call me in a few days to arrange delivery never did had then chase it up my self at my expense told it would be delivered with in two to 3 weeks that never happen an now I am about to start paying for a bed I haven't got won't use dreams again

I may not have understood the survey but Morris who assisted me was the most friendly person ever it was a pleasure visiting the store.

The staff were excellent, special praise goes to Noor and the store manager, the shop looks 'dated' though, a bit like a factory rather than a store..

Ash was very welcoming and friendly. He gave great customer service, showing us around the store helping us choose our products. He also offered tea and drinks. Gave out good recommendations and made our shopping trip very easy and quick. He was lovely and kind.

delivery stated to be free`ssalesman explained how dreams diabolically gget this by charging for extras which should be part of the service . I wil never use dreams again but will ensure prople are made aware of my experience!

Ordered a bed frame and mattress on Sunday - paid a large deposit. Upgraded the mattress on Monday over the phone. Attempted to settle payment on Tuesday morning - my phone calls were not answered. When I attempted to settle in the evening, I was told that I would not be getting the mattress on agreed date as had not settled in sufficient time. When I spoke to the sales adviser about how I had not settled because the phone had not been answered he arranged alternative delivery (man and van). I then settled the rest of the cost by credit card. I asked for receipt or updated invoice. He did not send me one. The following day I phoned up for one, the sales adviser who had took payment was off. I tried to insist that I wanted proof of payment and the man I spoke to was very abrupt, telling me l could not have proof of payment until the sales adviser who took my payment returned to work. I became tearful as l needed proof of payment and he continued to be aprupt, not seeing things from my perspective - that I had paid a large amount of money and Dreams were not acknowledging it. Still have not received acknowledgment - now Thursday!!! Very upset and stressed.
