As I bought a deep based mattress I could not buy the sheets for it because the 100% Egyptian cotton sheets have been discontinued and you are bringing the new stock into store until November. Therefore my experience in your store wasn't very successful, apart from that it was reasonable.

The sale operator was knowledgable but very pushy regarding matress proctetion which ended costing 65.00 and all in all proberly didn't require

The colleague looked disinterested after we said we were looking for something else. Most times he was away stuck on his phone or did not have any real answers. He went missing at times and we would have to go to the counter to get his attention. We went to the top floor and he attended to some other “possibly known” customers , leaving us on our own. Didn’t really think he wanted to any sale out of us. For that matter , we did end up buying a mattress and frame on the day. But clearly didn’t make any difference to the colleague.

The headboard I ordered was not fit for purpose as I ordered a Ottoman base and once headboard was fixed even with the spacers provided I was unable to open the bed. Had to return the headboard.

I went to the Slough store as it was one of the biggest. I felt the staff were rushed, not interested, would appear and then disappear. I eventually used three different people to get advice. I was determined to buy a bed on my visit and frankly I'm not completely satisfied that I went thru all the options available. Not once did anyone explain what the different mattress types were...all i was told was to lie on it and try them out. One sales assistant tried to convince me that a base which was clearly oatmeal in colour was actually gray! I have bought fro Dreams before which is why I came back to Dreams but I certainly won't be coming back to this store.

Disappointingly I was quoted for an adjustable bed and mattress at the very high end and wasn't offered an alternative less expensive item until my son came along to the store on a separate visit to assist me. Having finally settled on a bed at a cost of in excess of £2200 - I was given an option of two head boards which subsequently turned out to be non compliant with the bed I had chosen. This resulted in a further visit and then a further 3 telephone calls to finally resource. My patience wore very thin partly because of my frustrations.

Young unprofessional staff who were more interested in chatting and joking and eating lunch on the shop floor. Very childish and immature. Not attentive.

The sales guy was not very good. Kept on interrupting us to place our order whilst we were looking at other beds as well Was rushing us to place our order. .

Just generally - the assistants are all about the Sales and not actually understand the customers needs. Also to many sales people - attacking all customers, repetitively. Never have a chance to check the product itself and talk amongst ourselves without sales being involved.
