Abdul (sales advisor) was due to shut the store but allowed me to come in and browse a range of different beds and mattresses. He was extremely patient, very knowledgeable and showed a genuine interest in wanting to help me find the right products at the right price. Not expecting to buy much more than just a bed, Abdul helped me find the right mattress which I also purchased on the day. He showed fantastic customer service throughout and my shopping experience in Dreams very personable.

We found the salesman Mr Morris to be highly knowledgeable and very helpful. He listened to our needs took note of our budget and found us the best possible item we could afford. He was very friendly and helpful and kept it up all the way through (we looked at a lot of mattresses!). He is an asset to your team.
