Staff were friendly and approachable. They listened to what I needed and were knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision and I was given lots of time and was shown lots of options for mattress choice.

The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable without being pushy or pressurising. They were helpful and not intimidating at all, and discreet when asking about what my price range was.

We were suggested a range of mattresses for our special needs and preferences by the colleague and also by the virtual assistant that matched what the colleague suggested.

We were met by a sales person at the door and immediately got some help finding what we were looking for. He listened to what we needed and advised what to try. He was also very patient whilst we made our choice.

Arfan greeted us and explained the way the store was laid out and gave us some recommendations after we explain what we were looking for. Then he left us to test out beds checking in to see if we wanted any further information. He was very friendly and efficient.

Assistant immediately available. Very knowledgeable of products. Offered refreshment. Very courteous and professional.

The sales person made us feel at home and allowed us to find what we needed. He was helpful and informative about the various products in store. Gave us sufficient guidance and allowed us to take our time to make the right choice for us.
