From the moment we stepped into the store we were greeted with an extremely professional and friendly service. Katie, the member of staff helping us, was super helpful, knew exactly what we needed and did so much to guide us to our perfect mattress. So friendly and provided such a great service.

The sales advisor (Mr. Morris) was extremely helpful in making our selection of the mattress that was most suitable for us. He was very knowledgeable about the various products and took time to explain to us the advantages of each product that we considered. He did not put pressure on us to buy the mattress that we were considering and left us to make our decision in our own time. Once we made the decision, he approached us promptly to process the order which he did very swiftly and efficiently. We had an excellent experience during our visit to the store.

Arfan from dreams was amazing. He had a no pressure laid back style and took us through all the options available providing recommendations and suggestions and being extremely helpful. I really could not speak any more highly of him.

We were served by a delightful young lady who showed us what was available once we had informed her what our requirements were.. She never pressured us but appeared seemed knowledgeable on all the products. The whole sale was done in a short time, delivery arranged and we purchased some new pillows at the same time.
