Your member of staff was professional from the moment we entered to leaving. His training for Covid gave one a sense of complete safety. He explained each stage in advance and showed us a good selection of beds before we made our choice. This survey is completed prior to receipt of the bed so unable to offer a detailed review of my experience of using the item.

Mr Rowe is special needs and dave was very patient and helpful in showing him the best variety available and also colours more appropriate for a man. All in all a very satisfying outing

Contacted store firstly to check the procedure which the saleman informed me of all the necessary things put in place. When i arrived they put me at ease. He showed us to the bed we were interseted in and we were able to try it out as normal. He discuused all price options and once happy placed my order. He then ran through all the delivery options. I was very pleased with the service i received

Having been shopping around a bit, we'd tried multiple stores and not been overly impressed with the service received or prices offered. Immediately upon entering the store the staff were welcoming and friendly, and very attentive to our needs during our time in store. One member, Wesley, took time to understand what we were shopping for and went out of his way to ensure we were aware of everything in store that would interest us, despite it being close to the end of a weekend shift where I would have otherwise expected to have been ushered out and asked to return another day.
