The guy was very friendly and gave us good guidance in what was required. We already knew which base we wanted, but we did need the help with which mattress would be best for us, and this was brilliantly sorted out.

Your member of staff was professional from the moment we entered to leaving. His training for Covid gave one a sense of complete safety. He explained each stage in advance and showed us a good selection of beds before we made our choice. This survey is completed prior to receipt of the bed so unable to offer a detailed review of my experience of using the item.
