The test that I completed to establish the most suitable bed for me and the advice given to me by the Dreams member of staff proved invaluable as I would have chosen the exact opposite had I been left to my own devices.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable assistant. Helped us to choose the right mattress and gave us plenty of time and space to decide and was very patient with all our questions.

I booked an appointment online and was called by Wesley to confirm the day and time. On the day we were greeted by Wesley when we arrived at the store and the new Covid restrictions and items available to us for our protection were clearly explained. I had a go on the individual sleep machine and armed with the output Wesley showed us a full range of options, always listening to our feedback and trying to move us on to a bed that would deliver what we needed. I never felt under any pressure either to pick a particular bed or to buy something based on price. Wesley is an asset to the Shrewsbury showroom and I would happily recommend to friends and family to shop there if they were looking for a bed/mattress.

The colleague Pete who served us had a lot of knowledge, even about the last bed we bought from dreams nearly some 7 years ago. He popped us on this machine that personalises the results and mattress that is correct for us. And he took the time to listen to our needs
