We returned to the store having been so pleased with the assistance and advice we had received from David when purchasing a new bed for our son in January. David's extensive knowledge enabled us to find the right mattress and base that was the best fit for us.

We spoke with two colleagues, both of whom took a lot of time and care to explain products to us and understand what we wanted. We were shown the sleepmatch system and then had Wes take us through the options. He was very patient as we tried everything a number of times, he was friendly and attentive throughout and had a lot of knowledge about the products.

David was the Dreams colleague who was assisting my partner and I at your Shrewsbury store. He took his time to explain to us the guidelines regarding Covid and social distancing measures. He was very specific in checking what we were looking for, took time to understand our particular concerns and mentioned the sleep software to help prescribe the type of mattress we would find most beneficial. he was fantastic and showing a range of mattresses and prices, helped us narrow down the options and also gave us space and time to make our decision without any pushiness or over zealous nature. He was also excellent at helping me with a pillow (something I had not considered), and actually 4 days after using it, it has been amazing in helping reduce the discomfort I have had in sleeping. He really is a credit to you and we will be back at some point to get new mattresses when we need to refurbish post house decoration.
