Immediately attended to with a friendly face. Scott was knowledgeable about our product needs and showed us the options we had. Gave advice without being overbearing. As we need the bed within three weeks, he searched for the best delivery dates possible on our chosen bed, showed us options on colour and drawer design with delivery dates. Completing the order was very quick and efficient. Confirmation of our order was given and payment was made. All in all a very painful shopping experience thanks to Scott.

Scott was very knowledgeable, asked me for all my requirements, was able to give me all answers and gave contact details for him and time to consider all information. He did not pressure me at all throughout the time he gave me.

I knew exactly what I wanted as I was reordering a King size when I had previously purchased a double. However there were two shades of grey and rather than me have to drive to store I was emailed both pictures allowing me peace of mind.

I chose to visit a Dreams store because I wanted to try the Sleep Match machine. After 3 beds had been identified as being suitable Wesley took me to each of them for me to try. I was very impressed by his product knowledge and willingness to give me sufficient time to try the beds. After the third one he suggested a mattress topper might be helpful and he brought me one to try out - I was astounded by the difference it made. Wesley then pointecd another bed at the same price which he suggested I try with the topper - it was perfect, absolute bliss! I was impressed by the service offered, at no time was I made to feel a nuisance or felt that I was being pressured into making a purchase. Although my original intention had been not to place an order there and then, I did not see any reason not to as I had all the expert advice I needed - including being shown that for the comfort I needed as a side sleeper I needed a firm bed rather than the soft one I should have chosen left to my own devices. All three members of staff at the Shrewsbury were very friendly and although it was quite an expensive purchase I feel satisfied I have made a good investment, Recommended highly.
