Pete was very knowledgeable and extremely informative taking into account our needs

Quick efficient and friendly service. Pete was very chatty and not too pushy. He did mention all the extras available but not too overbearing. One use pillow case and the cleaning stations made us feel secure and safe. The bespoke mattress fitting was a novelty but useful in deciding on a new mattress.

Good range of products, size of beds and firmness of mattresses on display. Encouraged to try beds out and to use the system of assessment for the most suitable bedding. I have a longterm back condition, so getting it right was very important.
