Highly Satisfied as I was looking for a new mattress plus pillows, duvet etc. I was able to walk into the store and start examining mattresses with nl issues from staff. The member of store team was a gentleman named Wesley who was a fantastic representative for Dreams. He took the time to understand my needs and requirements (as a picky sleeper and shift worker, I have to get the sleep thing just right) and was friendly and approachable throughout the experience. Very thorough with everything, allowing me to check out mattresses at my pace to ensure I chose the one that was just right for me. A credit to Dreams indeed.
